LeBron James is the best player right now and some people say of all time, but what if Lebron James retired this year. What would the NBA be like who would be the best player in the NBA. Today I’m going to be telling you my thoughts on this new NBA and how the NBA will be really different. This will be going up to 2019-2020 season. The top players now are Kevin Durant, Kawhi Leonard, Anthony Davis, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Giannis Antetokunmpo, and Russell Westbrook. This isn’t my list in order this is what I saw on ESPN. Now I honestly think that Luka Doncic is up there with the best players but he’s just a rookie so people might not put him up there but would put him 10th this season. The Lakers would be a lot worst because that is the team he was playing for. They are the 8th seed in the west but without LeBron They would be the 12th seed. Don’t forget this is my thought on what could happen in this NBA.

Starting of with the playoffs The Lakers fall out of the 8th seed and so the Utah Jazz will take their spot, but will lose to the Denver Nuggets in 5 games because Jamal Murray, and Nikola Jokic were just to much for the Jazz. Also the 76ers beat the Boston Celtics in game 7 in a blowout game by Jimmy Butler Joel Embiid, and Ben Simmons. Basically the high rated seeds will move on to the second round well for the East. For the west the the 3rd seeded Thunder would lose to the Rockets in game 7 in overtime off of a James Harden game winner. So the Rockets would be playing the Warriors which they lost in 5 games because Chris Paul got hurt in game 3 which they didn’t have a good defender because he was the best one. the Nuggets beat the LA Clippers in 6 games because the same two players scored 40+ in game 4 and 5. In the East The Toronto Raptors beat the 76ers in 6 games with the good defensive series by Kawhi Leonard. And the pacers lost to the Bucks in 4 games with good all around playing by Giannis Antetokumpo. So the winners of these rounds go to the championship.

The Warriors destroy the Nuggets in 4 games as they are just to good for them with the best starting five in the league. The Raptors Lost to the Bucks in 7 games as Giannis was to much for them by scoring 42 points in game 7. So the NBA finals is The Golden State Warriors against the Milwaukee Bucks which is going to be fun to watch. Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, Draymond Green, and Demarcus Cousins vs Eric Bledsoe, Malcolm Brogdon, Khris Middleton, Giannis Antetokunmpo, and Brook Lopez. Well the Warriors just won another champion sadly, well now to the draft. As the Lakers are now worse so they go to the 7th pick in the draft as the finished 12th in the west. Zion Williamson 1st pick in the draft to the Cavs, with R.J. Barrett 2nd to the Bulls, the other picks don’t really matter. But with the 7th pick the Lakers pick Bol Bol from Oregon.

Now with Free Agency, in day one the Thunder sign Paul Millsap from Denver, the Lakers sign Demarcus Cousins from the Warriors, and The Clippers sign Kawhi Leonard from the Raptors. In day two Kemba Walker signs to the Jazz from the Hornets, and Ricky Rubio signs to Orlando from the Jazz. The only other important thing is Kevin Durant signs back to the Warriors. Now to next years playoffs. The Thunder are the on seed in the west, and the 76ers are the one seed in the east. The one seeds destroy in there conferences and are in the finals. This was a competitive series But the Thunder win the finals in 7 games and Russell Westbrook shows everyone that he can win a championship without Kevin Durant. And this is what I thinks the NBA would be without LeBron James.
