Why Organic Food Is Better

Hello today I’m going to tell you about organic food, and why it’s better. My family is very healthy and we only use organic. Organic fruits, organic, meat, organic vegetables and more. I know that organic food is a bit expensive, but it’s worth it, because organic food can keep you healthy.

Image result for vegetablesHere are some good healthy places my family goes to a lot. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Those two places are great healthy places to not only get organic food, they also have other foods and snacks that are healthy.

Yes there are pros and cons about organic food. But in my opinion i think its better. I think organic meat is also way better, because they don’t give the animals shots every second to make them bigger. They treat them with care and give the animals big grasslands to run around. That’s at least what i heard.

Now I’m going to tell you things in my own words not from websites. Organic food has less fat and more nutrients. My mom buys organic food all the time. And it has less processing to the fruits and to the vegetables. I think people that eat organic food get less sick and more healthy. People who eat organic food get less fat in them. But everyone gets the fat that there are in food. But i think when you eat organic food you get less of the bad fat, and more of the good fat. But in my opinion if you want to be healthy then you should eat organic food. So organic food can be more over your budget but it’s for your health. Image result for organic
