The Perfect Gift? What could be the perfect gift?” Is something we often think about.

You/Giver= The person giving the gift

Receiver= The person receiving the gift

The smartest way to avoid the stress is plan ahead of time. Get to know the person who you plan to gift, and ask them about their ideal present.

Here are some examples of common types of gifts:

  • A gift with symbolism (of or relating to a specific moment spent with the person)
  • A gift allowing choices (cash, gift card, etc.)
  • An essential gift that can be used in daily life (supplies, cooking, kits, etc. )
  • A gift refering to their hobby (art, video games, sports, etc.)
  • A gift representing value, and class (expensive jewlery, clothes, tech, etc.)

~A Gift With Symbolism~

How did you two ever meet? Perhaps there was a specific moment in which both of you helped eachother out. Or maybe an exchange of a humorous joke? Recall of a moment you and the receiver spent, in which affected or changed your life. Or left an important memory. Gifts like these, of course, often depend on the moment and mood. They show much effort and thoughtfulness, yet can be time consuming and difficult to find.

Examples offered:

  • A music Box
  • Hand-made gifts
  • Jewlery
  • Flowers or nature items
  • Animal figures
  • Photo
  • Drawing/art

~A Gift Allowing Choices~

Sometimes, finding an ideal gift for picky people, or more distant friends, simply isn’t the best idea. Therfore, allowing others to choose their gift may be an easier pick. Especially if they do not favor the element of suprise. This gift shows a small amount of effort, but is much less time consuming.

Examples Offered:

  • Gift Cards
  • Gift Recepits
  • Cash

~An Essential Gift To Be Used In Daily Life~

In some cases, gifts are often forgotten, or thrown away when they are purposeless. You yourself must have gotten a gift, in which you realized was of no use, and gave it to someone else. A suggestion is to is analyze the activities the receiver engages in daily life. What do they use frequently? This can definetly vary with multipe options. Of course, this depends on the person and their life habbits.

Examples Offered:

  • Office Supplies
  • School Supplies
  • Kits
  • Medical Materials
  • Kitchen/ Cooking Products
  • Skin/Bath Products
  • Clothes/ Shoes

~A Gift Refering to The Reciever’s Hobby~

If you’ve known the receiver for a sufficient amount of time, you might be able to identify what activities they enjoy. This would be considered as a thoughtful gift, but may take some time to find something that fits well with the reciever’s hobby.

Examples Offered:

  • Books
  • Video Games
  • Art Sets
  • Fishing Rods
  • Games/Puzzles
  • Journal
  • Slime (or materials)

~A Gift Representing Value and Class~

In some situations, people can be picky on brands, or are more pleased with expensive quality. No doubt are there people who intend to impress others.

Examples Offered:

  • Nike
  • Adidas
  • Vans
  • Calvin Klein
  • Michael Khors
  • Apple
  • Samsung
  • Objects in which one could entertain themselves
