Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions is an anime series and also a novel/ manga. The genre of this anime is Drama, Romantic Comedy. Though it does have some action in it, only because of how some of the people are a Chunibyo. Chunibyo is used to describe a person behavior of how the person acts with delusional behavior. In other words, saying that one person has some sort of power(s), that no one has. Chunibyo is a term in the Japanese language.

In the original animations for this show/anime series, it was directed by Tatsuya Ishihara and written by Jukki Hanada. (I would prefer to watch Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions because you can see the action of it. Also I like it watch it in sub because I’m not really a fan of the sub version of it… then again it’s my opinion of the show, and how I prefer to watch it.) In the show there is twelve episodes in Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions.

The main characters in the show are;

Rikka Takanashi

Yūta Togashi

Shinka Nibutani

Sanae Dekomori

Kumin Tsuyuri

Makoto Isshiki

Toka Takanashi (Rikka’s older sister)

(Yūta Takanashi and Rikka Takanashi are the main main characters of the show.)

Yūta Togashi was a Chunibyo, which he called himself “Dark Flame Master,”in his middle school years. Though he got over it and wanted a fresh new start where he did in his High School. Of course, that didn’t last for long. Rikka Takanashi came along one day and knew about Yūta and how he was in his middle school years. Rikka is a Chunibyo because of Yūta. She was watching him for so long and soon enough, she got inspired to be a Chunibyo. It eventually came where they got along with each other and Yūta was ashamed of his Chunibyo phase. The both of them made new friends. Yūta learned to get used to his Chunibyo that was inside of him, which Rikka has helped show that to him. Yūta has helped Rikka with her problems, along the way. Later on, Rikka and Yūta that they have developed feelings for one another. They make a “lover’s contract.” Meaning that they are boyfriend and girlfriend.

That is where the new show, “Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions -heart throb-” comes in. “It’s a continuation of Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions.” Which I will talk about in another article.

Thus that concludes my article about “Love, Chunibyo, & Other Delusions!” Hope you enjoyed it. The show is really good, and I hope that you’ll enjoy watching it as much as I did.
